ABOUT
Paul and Mike first met in 2015; together, they renovated a five bedroomed house in Manton, Marlborough. This involved a complete overhaul of all areas of the house, the building of two extensions and major landscaping.
Paul and Mike reconnected in 2017 when working on two properties in Lockeridge, Marlborough. Again this was an extensive project, conjoining the two properties by building a large two-storey extension to the rear. Whilst Paul and Mike undertook a large proportion of this work, through careful project management and using an extensive network of contacts they were able to complete this major project on time and within budget. This project solidified a complimentary partnership, and Marlborough Property Services was born.
PAUL
Paul has lived in Marlborough for the past 30 years during which time he taught Design and Technology at Marlborough College, having been Head of Department for the final seven years of his career.
His design skills, spatial awareness, and ability to respond sensitively to a client’s needs all enable him to contribute to any property improvement.
MIKE
Mike has extensive experience of property renovation and construction. He has worked in the building trade since leaving school and therefore has a wide range of skills and experience.
Attention to detail and problem solving lie at the heart of all that he does and he relishes challenging projects. There is little that phases him!
